Only dormitory beds can be booked through the booking system. If another category is desired, please send us an email with the booking number after completing your reservation. We will try to fulfill your wishes.

Binding Reservation, Clear Conditions
Please note!
- If you cancel your stay or do not show up, cancellation fees will apply. The same applies if individual members of a group do not appear or leave early. Short-term cancellations or changes in group size within the deadlines listed below will be charged a cancellation fee per person and night.
- The guest who made the booking, group leader or tour guide is responsible for timely adjustments or cancellations.
- Changes must be made exclusively through the reservation system. Bookings paid by credit card cannot be refunded.
- Illness, injury, bad weather, unfavorable tour conditions or user errors in the reservation system are not considered valid reasons for free cancellation within the agreed deadlines.
