Binding reservation, clear conditions
Please note!
- If you cancel your stay or do not show up, cancellation fees will be charged. The same applies if individual members of a group do not appear or leave early. Short-term cancellations or changes in group size within the deadlines listed below will be charged with a cancellation fee per person and night.
- The guest who made the booking, group leader or tour guide is responsible for timely adjustments or cancellations.
- Changes must be made exclusively through the reservation system. Bookings made by credit card cannot be refunded.
- Illness, injury, bad weather, unfavorable tour conditions or user errors in the reservation system are not considered reasons for free cancellation within the agreed deadlines.
