Behind the hut, cross the Alpeinerbach and follow the marked trail towards Starkenburger Hütte. After 10 minutes, the path branches off to the left towards Rinnensee. Through the grassy southern slope, it takes about 1 to 1.5 hours to reach the Rinnenspitze junction. From there, turn left and walk another 5 minutes to the lake.
